2020 Health Datapalooza
General Information
At the Health Datapalooza, attendees from both the public (governmental) and private sectors engage in meaningful discussions around the future of health data and its role in supporting healthcare transformation.
If your proposal is accepted, you will be invited to share your latest innovations, successes (or stumbles), and strategies for liberating data with people and organizations using data to power changes that improve health and health care. This year, we are particularly interested in having sessions that support collaborative problem solving. We are designing a program that helps you and other attendees walk away with "aha!" moments and insights so you can take these new solutions and products home and make change happen faster!
We invite you to mix it up this year and send us your best ideas for well designed, novel and inventive sessions. The 2020 Health Datapalooza will cover a breadth of relevant topics. Insights into consumer-facing technologies, cybersecurity, value-based systems transformation, multi-sector data sharing, privacy and security, real-word evidence, artificial intelligence, and international approaches are welcome.
There are three ways to think about your contribution:
- (1) As a fully designed, 75-minute session where you propose the content and speakers (allow time for ample audience interaction); OR
- (2) As a brief rapid fire presentation where you are the only speaker; OR
- (3) NEW this year, as a poster or other printed, graphic presentation highlighting your new tool, solution, or impact.
Please note: Panels should reflect multiple points of view to maximize diversity of participants, perspectives and balance. If you are selected for a rapid fire, you will be one of 5-6 speakers in quick succession during one breakout block.
DEADLINES: Don't miss your chance: The deadline for submission is Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Submissions will be reviewed for quality and innovation and the chosen sessions will make up the concurrent program at Health Datapalooza, along with sessions developed by the 2020 Design Committee.
