GeoHealth Student and Early Career GeoBurst Session
GeoHealth Student and Early Career GeoBurst Session
Session ID#: 282437
Session Description:
This session organized by the GeoHealth section welcomes presentations from any student, postdoc, or other early career researcher (ECRs), to present cutting-edge research through a series of short, rapid presentations. Each presenter will have just a few minutes to highlight their key findings, novel methodologies, or emerging questions in their field, offering a concise and engaging overview of their work. The GeoBurst format is designed to foster broad exposure, spark dialogue, and encourage engagement with attendees across all GeoHealth disciplines as well as other related sections. Authors will present short (~5-minute) scientific talks in-person with the use of 10 slides that auto-advance every 30 seconds followed by an in-person poster session for connecting with attendees in the poster hall. Please note, abstracts submitted to this session will be considered for in-person presentations, are exempt from the first author policy and can submit a different abstract to another session or section.
