Geoscience learning happens in classrooms, field programs, museums, community spaces, and online. Yet geoscience education research is often segmented by setting and audience, slowing uptake and limiting broader impact. This session will feature findings from formal and informal geoscience education research and discuss mechanisms that shape learning, belonging, and persistence across contexts.

We welcome contributions from researchers, educators, informal science practitioners, evaluators, and community partners. Share what you tried, what you learned, and what others can adapt—whether your work is based in courses, field experiences, museums, outreach programs, or digital spaces. Together, we will build connections across communities and outline next steps to strengthen equitable geoscience learning at scale.
