Iceland has become a literal “hot-spot” for tourism because few places provide classic examples of plate tectonics, volcanoes, glaciers, & geothermal energy in one pristine environment. In this poster I will highlight a new advanced geology textbook called Iceland: Tectonics, Volcanics, and Glacial Features (Wiley, December 2019).
