Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Monitoring with Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems

Session ID#: 81831

Session Description:
In recent years, there have been swift technological advances and significant investments made in the unmanned aviation sector. The commoditization of small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) has led to many new and innovative applications across environmental monitoring. However, there are still more research topics to be explored for these new and innovative data streams. Therefore, this session seeks research utilizing active, passive, tower- and ground-based platforms technologies on unmanned aerial system as well exploring the science and applications of unmanned systems for environmental monitoring.
