New virtual globalization as the single system of money, personal dates, upbringing, education and mind management in terms of the concept of Kontarianstvo.

Until recently, globalization was a fairly homogeneous mixture of heterogeneous components:
- Materialistic capitalism, which required constant expansion and
- Virtual monetarism, which is good wherever money makes more new money.
Virtual money lends to material capitalism, capitalism promoted its material production technologies to new territories and made new money there. Now capitalism has nowhere to expand.
But man is not fed with bread alone. The so-called “soft power”, that are, upbringing, education, motivation, and simply deliberate lies on request, began to take the lead.
Money is also "soft power" that rests on people's trust.
Now the time has come when technological globalists have begun to concentrate in some self-sufficient local groupings because the dimension of production cooperation tasks is growing rapidly. At the global level, the tasks of industrial cooperation are becoming immense, management efficiency is lost even with the use of the big date technology and artificial intellect. This is forcing technological capitalism to retreat from globalism and focus on the scale and specializations that make it competitive.
Globalization is turning into a purely virtual area of human activity, in which combine knowledge, personal information, money, etc. into the fundamentally new single platform including upbringing, education and mind control.
Global systems that combine virtual money and the managed human capital are a single global essence of our human civilization for the next period.
For virtual globalization, no boundaries are visible yet.
