Abstract:
Dryad is an open data publishing repository focused on best practices for multidisciplinary research data. For the last decade, Dryad has supported the earth sciences community in publishing research data across various domains and through integrations with earth sciences focused journals. Going forward, Dryad strives to make data publishing as seamless as possible for researchers interested in or mandated to publish and archive data in a broad and general repository. This includes promoting the re-use and citation of research data published in Dryad to advance scientific knowledge. Through the demonstration of a couple key features and tools for researchers, this update will aim to educate researchers on quick facts needed to know about submitting to and using data from Dryad.
