Analysis of factors that increase development through review of the status of development permit
Abstract:
Yongin City is located in the center of the southern part of the metropolitan area, which belongs to Gyeonggi-do. Therefore, the population has been continuously increasing at an annual average of 3.52% over the past 10 years. In the case of rural housing complexes, the natural environment and landscape are being damaged because it is centered on a forest area with excellent accessibility, low land price, and excellent view. Yongin City promoted the regional economy, efficient land use and balanced urban development by easing the standards for permitting development. Based on this background of Yongin City, it was selected as a study site.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors intensifying development by analyzing the development patterns in time series using data on the status of development permits in Yongin City.
