The Mechanism of Earthquakes According to Pascal's Law.

Abstract:
Numerous experiments on induced seismicity, passive and active, carried out by us (27 IGC, 1984) and besides us, indicate a possible connection between earthquakes with the well-known Pascal's law, in its quadratic or cubic forms.

Moreover, natural and artificial earthquakes differ only in the strength and mechanism of transformation of these forces into tectonic impact.

The action of Pascal's law is manifested in the phenomena of the rise and fall of the earth's surface when the internal or external pressures change in fluid systems (fluid in a broad sense: as magma, liquid, as the rheological flow of solids). In turn, this action leads to such phenomena as the destruction of dams in reservoirs, volcanic activity, orogenesis, etc.

Natural earthquakes are associated with gravitational tidal effects on the Earth, which has been noted by many researchers and, which is especially important, this occurs in the mode of cosmic vibrational ramming of the Earth during its daily cyclic rotation. These and other oscillatory effects on the Earth are manifested in instrumentally measured ups and downs in the Earth's solid, recorded by high-precision geodetic and areal satellite measurements by SAR-systems.

We propose to carry out the so-called "critical experiments", which determine the fate of scientific theory, in the sense that a wide number of interested participants would take part in them. To do this, it is necessary to agree on a Project that can be carried out under the auspices of the AGU, for example, in Ukraine, where there are all conditions for its implementation (experience and a suitable object for impact; available safe means of influencing a powerful aquifer and IRIS).

To implement the Project, we have tested the control systems of the experiment in natural conditions, namely:

- Industrial Internet of Things with Smart Sensors (IIoT) and

- mathematical method with the algorithms for processing experimental results - Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH),
