Abstract:
Climatic changes during covid-19:A boon for society

During this Pandemic condition when the entire world is under the pressure of strict lockdown, the most impactful change for the world is positive and pure climatic changes which are recorded and noticed by the society. Not only the freshness of quality of atmosphere due to the reduction in quantity of various pollutants in the air but also the purity of river water particularly water of river Ganges called Ganga water. The reduction in impurity of air helps to combat various respiratory disorders, Skin allergies, reduction in smog helps in fresh absorption of Sunrays for vitamin D synthesis, necessary to decrease the prevalence of viral infections such as COVID-19. On the other hand, the improvement in the purity of Ganga water helps to reduces the etiopathogenesis of various pathological conditions due to the presence of various bacteria inside Ganga water. There are about 1100 types of bacteriophage virus believed to be found in Ganga water. Thus its purity makes it more feasible for drinking. Improved level of quality of air during this pandemic not only affected the quality of life of human being but also improved the quality of life of animals also. Meanwhile the mental health affected a lot during the lockdown situation with lots of stressful moments however, with improved quality of air and environment helped to combat the situation by doing breathing exercises, asanas, pranayam and yoga which always need a fresh and soothing environment. Increased level of oxygen and decrease in several harmful gases helps to bring peace in the environment and in society both physically and mentally.
