Abstract:
In September 2020 our science team reported evidence for PH3 in the clouds of Venus, and made the data available for community inspection. After some interesting inputs, the ALMA observatory has put significant effort into re-calibrating our 2019 observations, pushing dynamic-range by a couple of orders of magnitude. I report on the PH3 distribution across Venus, now fainter than originally thought, but with signatures of spatial location. I also report on a re-processing of the JCMT discovery data, removing subjectivity in the treatment of instrument artefacts. The re-processed data from both observatories will be public by the time of the meeting.
