Session ID#: 121634
Session Description:
In the context of rapid technological changes in satellite instruments, data processing, and communication, satellite development communities may provide more observations, products, and services. Simultaneously, with rapid changes of the Earth environment such as climate, ocean and land-based ecosystems, and the rapid demands of appropriate information from society, Agencies need to decide whether those products and services are helpful for users and their customers.
This session focuses on user engagement between satellite service provider agencies in the United States and other nations.
The session invites presenters to provide experience, best practices on:
1) how agencies identify their users and their needs
2) how to engage with their users,
3) how they use information from users to decide their products and services and satellite architecture.
