Frontiers in Electromagnetic (EM) Geophysics
Session ID#: 158548
Session Description:
We call for contributions on all aspects of the advancement of Electromagnetic (EM) Geophysics, including methodological developments in processing, modeling, and inversion of EM data, advances in instrumentation, and theoretical frontiers. Studies using land, marine, and satellite data are all welcome. We especially seek presentations on volcanic systems and geothermal targets, national-scale surveys, and EM beyond magnetotellurics. From global to regional scales to high-resolution fine-scale imaging of Earth structure, all scales of focus are welcome. Multi-disciplinary studies, integrating other geologic and geophysical datasets, including joint inversions, are particularly encouraged.
