What We Are Teaching versus How Can We Teach?

What we are teaching vs. how can we teach? This is an important because our classes are supposed to be smaller but they are at capacity with high school students with disabilities and many that hardly know any English. This is the effect of Republican states sending migrants to sanctuary cities like NYC. I have students that have shown me pictures of the busses and the refugee camps in Texas, Arizona and Florida. The over-exhausted conditions are making it impossible to teach high needs students who need this. Yet, this is a subject- but with these constraints
