Preliminary Program subject to change
15B12 Coating and Encapsulation of Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical Products
OverviewAll aspects of process research, development, and manufacturing relating to food and drug coating and encapsulation are welcomed in this session. In particular, papers on new innovative use of existing coating technologies (e.g., < 50 micron bed particles), and improving manufacturing and troubleshooting efficiency through modeling/simulation of spray atomization, bed hydrodynamics, and mechanics of coating are highly encouraged.
