ABSTRACT Bringing New Chemicals to Market – Regulatory Considerations

USEPA regulations require submittal of a Pre-Manufacturing Notice (PMN). The PMN process allows EPA to understand the nature and toxicity of the new material and how it will be manufactured and regulated. This paper will examine EPA and OSHA considerations as well as a look at Global implications.
