The concept of oral drug delivery is refreshingly simple to understand - lets take a pill! The resultant presentation of chemical engineering concepts that underlying this straight-forward concept and demonstrations of possible effects (modeling and computer simulation) have provided both an entertaining presentation and invigorating discussion at levels ranging from freshman through graduate students.
