A Genetic Reporter to Monitor Proliferation in Single Cells

We are developing a genetic reporter to monitor proliferation of single cells. Here we demonstrate that green fluorescent protein (GFP) expressed using a synthetic E2F responsive promoter correlates with the rate of cell proliferation.
