Collaborative Initiatives of Pacific Northwest National Lab with Chinese Academy of Science On Biomass Conversion and Utilization (invited)

USA and China are major energy consumers and biomass producers. Production of chemicals, fuels, and energies from renewable biomass in these two countries has significant global impact to reduction of greenhouse gas emission and oil import dependence. In this technical session, I will talk about some experiences and success of collaborative research activities in biomass conversion area PNNL has worked with Chinese Academy of Science for recent years.
