As someone who has recently transitioned from a technical engineering role to managment this talk will summarize my experience and feelings about this change. I'll discuss the preparation I made. How I demonstrated my ability to make the change. I'll also share my feelings after making the change, what did I expect, what surprised me, what would I prepare for.
