Recovery of Water From Water Alumina Slurries by Cross Flow Filtration

The recovery of water from water-alumina mixture was conducted using cross flow filtration. The alumina particles ranged from few to 60 micron. The filtrate flux, the turbidity of the filtrate and the impact of filter cake on the quality of the filtrate is discussed
