1. Introduction
Volumetric method is one of the useful techniques to study adsorption equilibrium and adsorption rate. We used MSC3A (producted by Co. Kurare Chemical) and studied adsorption by three gases of CH4 and N2 and CO2 in temperature of 303K,313K,323K.
Similarly, the study of mixed gases (CH4 and N2) was experimented in temperature of 303K, 313K, 323K. We checked up adsorption equilibrium and adsorption rate about mixed multi component gas with the date of single component gas.
2. Experiment
Experiment device was shown in Fig.1.Experiment of single component gas used each gases of CH4 and N2 and CO2. Experiment of mixed multi component gases used mixed gas combined CH4 and N2.
The temperature of both experiment was 303K,313K,323K. First, the way of experiment, CH4 or CO2 or N2 feed into empty space. Second, we started to record pressure fall from when open the all around cock (N).
After coming to equilibrium, we had experiment equilibrium pressure 5atm with changed inserted pressure 1~10atm bit by bit. Experimental of mixed multi component gases, inserted gases rate were changed 3:7, 5:5, 7:3 .
We used cycle pomp for keeping two gases uniformly. At once, we used gas chromatography to check mixed multi component gases rate. We read out inserted pressure, fresh pressure, equilibrium pressure by date recorder (I).
Then, we calculated adsorbed amount with equation of ideal gas.

3. Conclusion and Discussion
The comparison of adsorbent isotherms by date experimented of single component gas (CH4 and CO2) is shown in Fig.2. In low pressure, equation Toth was superior to equation Langmuir.
In Fig.3, the comparison of pressure falls between experimental date of Volumetric Method and simulated date. In conclusion of comparison of experiment and simulation, when inserted p
ressure was low, both dates were fitted. But, when inserted Pressure was high, experimental date lead to a minor difference in simulation date.
