Chemical Conversion Processes in Forest/Plant Biorefineries

Description:
The main theme of this session is on the chemical conversion of lignocellulosics or plant biomass into fuels and chemicals. We focus on the chamical conversion of biomass, such as hydrolysis, catalytic conversion to platform chemicals or commodity products, biodiesel production and algae oil extraction.
