The present work predicts the hydrate dissociation conditions for gas mixtures using the statistical association fluid theory. The incipient hydrate formation calculations are conducted in the absence and the presence of inhibitors like methanol and ethylene glycol. The effect of polar interactions is taken into consideration. The van der Waals-Plauteeuw model is utilized for hydrate phase fugacities while the statistical association fluid theory is applied for the calculation of vapor and liquid phase fugacities.  The study is truly predictive in the way that no mixture experimental data are adjusted and the binary interaction parameter is set to zero. The equilibrium phase compositions are also computed for multicomponent gas-inhibitor-water system in the hydrate region.
