Scale-Up and Operation of Continuous Hydrogenation in the Manufacturing Setting

Eli Lilly has been developing Continuous technologies for drug substance manufacure for several years. This technology is now being scaled up and transferred from the development setting to the manufacturing setting. The technical and operational considerations in scaling up a Continuous Hydrogenation in a manufacturing setting will be discussed. This includes operational, safety and robustness items aswell as technical scale-up issues.
