This study aimed to establish the efficacy of cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) as a pre- and mid-deposition template for the alignment of the polymer PEDOT:PSS in thin films in order to increase film conductivity. Films were created from solutions containing a varied concentration of cellulose nanocrystals and PEDOT:PSS. Conductivity measurements, surface analyses, and phase analyses were performed for each thin film.
