770 Biomaterials for in vitro Tissue Models and Improved Therapeutic Strategies

Description:
This session will focus on the development of tissue engineered constructs for use as in vitro tissue equivalents for bench top testing. Papers addressing the development and application of biomaterial based models for stem cell engineering, regenerative medicine, tumor microenvironments, drug screening and discovery are invited. Graduate Students: By applying to this session you may be eligible for the Biomaterials Graduate Student Award Session established to honor the best graduate student submissions through recognition and cash awards. See the session titled “Biomaterials: Graduate Student Award Session” for details.
