Advances in Material Extrusion Additive Manufacturing: High Speed, High Strength Parts for Industry.

In this presentation, I will share how my background working at the Army Research Labs led to the discovery of a new technology for additive manufacturing during my PhD, and the commercialization of that technology at Essentium Inc. I will share new thermoplastic filament technologies we've developed for material extrusion 3D printing and some applications of these products in industry.
