The deadlines to enter new abstracts and to edit existing abstracts have been reached.

To submit a Proposal to Present, please:

  • Compose a brief abstract of the proposal in your word processor, checking spelling and word count.
  • Within the submission process, be sure to include the email address of each co-author (if more than one author).
  • General Submissions will be considered for talks and if they are not selected, will automatically be considered as posters.

Remember, when submitted, your abstract will be viewable to session chairs, other presenters, and the public.

Steps and Instructions:

  1. Select Topic

    Choose the session in which you would like to present your paper/abstract. Please note that session chairs and program organizers may move your presentation to a different session if they deem it a more appropriate fit elsewhere.

  2. Title

    Enter your title, submitter's email address, and any comments to organizers. After submitting this step, the email entered will receive a link to your submission and a paper ID and password. Retain this for future reference.

  3. Authors

    Enter author name, affiliation, and contact information, and designate the presenting author.

  4. Paper/Abstract Text

    You will be able to copy/paste your paper/abstract into a text box, or upload it as an HTML file. You are limited to 500 words.

  5. Confirmation

    You will have a chance to look over the submission to make sure all is complete.

  6. General Instructions

    No names or titles should be included in the paper/abstract text. Names will be automatically hidden during the paper/abstract review process and will be automatically inserted and properly formatted upon publication.

    Presenting authors will be automatically informed of the unique ID numbers and passwords assigned to their papers/abstracts. Papers/Abstracts may be viewed and modified at any time between submission and the deadline, using the assigned ID# and password.
