From Hazardous Waste Management to Sustainable Manufacturing

Energy and chemical industries have been generating huge amount of gas, solid and liquid wastes. From Hazardous waste management to the sustainable development of the industry, chemical engineers are working hard to on source reduction, pollution prevention and sustainable manufacturing. In this presentation, R&D efforts on innovative low-NOx combustion, hazardous waste incineration, and VOC abatement technologies will be discussed. The future deployment of these technologies will contribute significantly to the sustainable development of the industry.
