Internet Technology University (ITU) and Internet Technology Systems Inc (ITS Inc) developed a new class of expert systems with Conversational Semantic Decision Support (CSDS) [1-2]. One of the first CSDS applications created in partnership with MEXSY Corp and MetaFormula Inc is the applications inside of the corporate and industrial knowledge based systems: MEXSY CorpBrain [3] and MEXSY MemBrain [4].

Conversational Semantic Decision Support (CSDS) systems [5-7] accelerate knowledge sharing and corporate development. Experimental implementation of the CSDS technology starts in the following subject areas: software and robotic development [5-7], education and training [2], corporate data management [3] and membrane technology [4] with creating MetaExpert Systems (MEXSY), special knowledge bases, educational programs and the experimental team for the membrane technology study in the United States.

MEXSY Corp and MetaFormula Inc in partnership with Internet Technology Systems (ITS Inc) is creating the 3rd generation of the MEXSY systems with wide range of applications (for corporations – CorpBrain, for Internet – WebBrain, for medicine – AntiCancer, etc), including knowledge engineering and knowledge management in the membrane science and technology [4]. First application of our knowledge engineering approach for membrane science and technology (MEXSY MemBrain) is the catalog of the membrane related equipment:

  • Various kinds of membranes
  • All types of membrane modules
  • Any equipment for membrane plants
  • Other necessary information, i.e. about membrane manufacturers (MemBrain Map, part of the SubjectBase).

The catalog (mostly ObjectBase) will be connected with all actual modules of MEXSY MemBrain system, namely:

  • ObjectBase (membranes, equipemt, etc)
  • SubjectBase (organizations, persons, etc)
  • eMarketplace (the industry-specific eCommerce)
  • SmartNet (the industry-specific social-cybernetic network)
  • TaskBase (membrane formation, characterization, application, etc)
  • eMedia (knowledge based managing media streams like conferences, video presentations, etc)
  • LabBrain (knowledge base for the industrial science, innovations, inventions, etc)
  • CSDS focused on the industry-specific eLearning resources

The system intends to connect all knowledge about membrane technologies and applications into a unified highly scalable resource supported by a dedicated team.

Welcome to our team!
