This presentation is a tutorial on tuning PID process controllers. The course will explain the operation of the PID controller, typical variations of the PID controller, common process responses and how to identify the dynamics of the process. The instructor will demonstrate how to calculate PID tuning parameters from the process dynamics and the desired controller response.
