Though for some operating facilities it is hard to believe that there could be a day when the plant is running as it should, these days do arrive from time to time. “Good” days in the operating world are a chance for engineers to make improvements in manufacturing by cutting costs, improving performance, reducing environmental footprint, enhancing product quality, etc. More often than not, there are more great ideas than there is time and money to implement them. This session will discuss tricks of the trade for seeking out potential plant improvements, methodologies for prioritizing work economically and strategically and making the most of your budget.
