Papers are invited that describe the application of chemical process safety initiatives on refinery operations, as well as ways in which refiners are addressing recent initiatives by API, OSHA, NFPA and NPRA. Discussion of recent refinery incidents, and ways of managing aging facilities, are also solicited.
