Addressing Complexities of Requiring PE Licensure in Multiple States

Description:
Working as an licensed PE in multiple states, even for short time periods, can be problematical because each state has its own set of rules for reciprocity, comity, and continuing education requirements. This session will address these problems, barriers to change, possible ways to mitigate the problems and what NCEES is doing to help enhance mobility between states. The format will include presentations by several people knowledgeable of the problems currently faced by practicing professional engineers.
