The transcription factor NF−κB signalling system is important in cellular process such as immune response, inflammation, and apoptosis. NF−κB model has been shown the oscillatory dynamics. In our previous study [1] we have shown that the collective dynamics of coupled NF−κB oscillators exhibits a range of behaviours ranging from global synchronization, cluster synchrony, splay states and dynamical chimeras. In this work we have examined the dynamics of the NF−κB networks driven by local coupling and on a mesh network. These ensembles show interesting behaviours such as global synchrony, dynamical chimeras, resonance and waves. We in this work explore the fractal dimension of the basins of attraction in the multi-stable regions and show that the basins are riddled.
