Goals/Purpose

:

The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of resection/division of periorbital muscles in follow up results

of endoscopic forehead lift.

Methods/Technique

:

A cohort of 65 patients experiencing forehead and eyebrow aging underwent endoscopic forehead and eyebrow lift between

July 2020 to August 2022.

Preoperative and postoperative eyebrow position at three anatomic points were measured .The degree of wrinkling

were quantitavely assessed. The operation was performed as 4 portal endo access with central subperiosteal frontoparital

dissection and lateral suprafascial dissection . Complete release of periorbital ligaments and adhesions were performed .

The dynamic part includes maximum corrugator supercilli muscle resection , depressor supercilli , procerus and

orbicularis oculi muscles division . Results/Complications

:

Endoscopic forehead lift raised eyebrow significantly at all three predetermined points of both eyes with persistent results.

(Average 2 years). The patients were satisfied according to FACE-Q questionnaires.
