Taking the example of the famouse "Feminist Five" in March 2015, this artical will review the path of 20 years struggle of Chinese feminists. Women’s rights are human rights” was heard and spread in China around 1995 World Conference On Women of the UN in Beijing. In addition, the concept of NGO had been accepted and got kind of encouragement then. Thus, women’s pulse for association has been released for holding the state accountable. Against this background, a bottom up activism for promoting women’s human rights comes of age through two phases. As a witness and participant, the author selects three facades, the set up of women/feminist groups, push law reform, as well as use international treat echanism, to reflect this experience, and reveal the complexity for moving forward.
