Call For Short Course Proposals

GSA Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, USA - 2017

Short Courses

Electronic Submission Required

Short Courses explore a wide range of topics in geology and related fields, offering opportunities to showcase new science or technology. These courses aim to develop professional, teaching, and research skills at all levels, led by experienced professionals who share their expertise with participants.

Anyone—GSA members, affiliated societies, or others—is welcome to submit a course. If you would like your short course to be endorsed by an organization, make sure you request endorsement in the subsequent proposal submission process. Short Courses are available online or held just before the GSA Connects Meeting and are open to both members and non-members.

Your course information will be used for marketing and posted on the meeting website. While revisions are allowed later, we encourage you to submit your details as completely as possible to ensure the best promotion.

We invite you to consider this year's themes when submitting your proposals.
