We seek papers exploring Shakespeare’s poetry alongside early modern poetics. The scope of ‘poetics’ is open: treatises and handbooks, but also (potentially) musical theory, antitheatricalism, paratexts, and other theoretical, crafted, or experiential engagements with poetry.
