Death and Mourning in Medieval and Renaissance Italian Literature

We invite contributions that deal with mourning, death, disease, violence, in a variety of literary genres, visual media, and historical documents: poetry, epitaphs, funerary orations and inscriptions, tombs and monuments, burial sites, and archival sources.
