Agilent Technologies Workshop

The dramatic increase in throughput of sequencing data from next-generation sequencing platforms has enabled scientists to study the genome of many different non-human species, revolutionizing the discovery and understanding of rare polymorphisms, structural variants, and novel transcripts of different species, including agricultural plants and animals, as well as the microbes. In this session, the flexibility, robustness, scalability and customizability (through the Agilent SureDesign web-based software) of the Agilent SureSelect target enrichment platform which allows users to analyze specific genomic region will be explored.
