'MyCrops' is a software for managing, comparing, and recognizing various crop cultivars with digitalized 2D gene barcodes. These novel barcodes are composed of converted gene barcodes from the result of DNA analysis of each crop cultivars. MyCrops facilitates distinguishing its own distinct genes and tracing even its ancestors by detecting variant blocks between crop cultivars. By using of the barcodes in comparative gene pool of crops cultivars, users can get various gene information of target cultivars and provided the minimum number of markers for planning the target cultivar breeding. MyCrops is available for measuring gene composition of cultivars, and expecting the result crop gene composition by simulating the minimum number of crossbreeding among each crop cultivars with lower cost and lesser time consuming than SSR, STS analysis methods.
