Toxygates (http://toxygates.nibio.go.jp) is a user-friendly platform for integrated analysis of microarray data from the Open TG-Gates toxicogenomics project, which was released to the public in 2013. It combines a high-volume static microarray database with the ability to dynamically obtain data such as protein interactions and pathways from remote data sources. In this talk we give an overview of the current state of the system, and discuss our ongoing efforts to develop a modified version of Toxygates for use in wheat 'omics, and how such a service could help make research results more accessible for individual researchers with limited resources, as well as integrate wheat data with related grain and plant databases dynamically.
