Brassica rapa is an agronomically important species of Brassicaceae with a lot of vegetable, fodder, oilseed, and condiments. One of vegetable type, Chiifu making a Kimchi is already sequenced by whole genome analysis. For genetic studies on tetalocular ovay and linked traits on high seeds per sillique, we do a producing on genetic segregation population with F2 and doubled haploid lines.  142 F2 plants are analyzed on flowering time, leaf phenotype, seed yields, and seed color. Selfed Silliques on these F2 plants are segregating bi, tri, and teta locular ovary. After the first model B. rapa ssp pekinensis plant genome and there are many genome projects has done and been doing in the world to identify the clue on polyploid genome duplication event and how they undergone dynamic morphology in evolution in Brassicale. Our concerning on this new population is the high yields on seedling, seed coat color on yellowish and flowering time related traits. To identify of these useful traits regulated genes and two genotype sequences and do a comparison to reference genome and clarify a lot of SNPs and genotype by sequencing (GBS) in Brassica rapa.
