Non-invasive samples and samples from large genomes produce genomic DNA with few genomic copies. Limited genome copies are at risk of allelic dropout, which reduces the accuracy of genotyping data. Using preamplification in microwell plates to increase the amount of genome is reliable but requires extra time and steps. The Juno 96.96 Genotyping IFC uses microfluidics to integrate preamplification and genotyping PCR to enable fast, high-throughput, and automated genotyping of DNA samples from large plant genomes and environmentally-found or non-invasively collected material. Only the Juno 96.96 Genotyping IFC provides walkaway genotyping of DNA with 15 minutes of hands-on prep, making it an ideal low cost, reduced labor solution for agbio labs that need to produce data quickly. The Juno 96.96 Genotyping IFC generates 9,216 data points from 96 SNPs and 96 individual samples in less than three hours.
