Dissecting Complex System for Complex Traits Based on Four Omics Information

The phenotypic variation of complex traits can be attributed to specific genotypic effects of DNA, RNA, proteins, and metabolites. We have developed statistic methods for estimating genetic contribution of integrate network due to genome, transcriptome, proteome, and metabolome. There are many epistasis and environment interaction involving in regulation of integrate biology system. Complex traits of mouse, Drosophila, and crops were analyzed by newly developed software QTXNetwork. The results revealed that complex traits are controlled by complicate regulation among four Omics genotypes.
