Statistical Issues in Plant Genomic Data Analysis

Starting with a historic discussion of quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis, its evolution to expression QTL (eQTL), and other applications, we will transition into current technologies (e.g., microarrays, next-generation sequencing, single cell) and the statistical issues that arise when handling and asking questions of these unique data types.
