BioNano Genomics Workshop: A game-changing solution for de novo assembly and structural variation detection

In this workshop, we will introduce Irys, a new platform for genomic analysis. The Irys System enables single-molecule visualization of extremely long DNA, for a range of applications including whole genome de novo assembly, structural variation detection, and comparative/evolutionary genomics. Presentations will include product information by the BioNano Genomics team as well as application descriptions and results from leading experts in plant and animal genomics. A drawing will be held during the workshop to select one attendee to receive a free genome analysis.
