The Triticeae Toolbox (triticeaetoolbox.org; T3) is the Web portal for data generated by the Triticeae Coordinated Agricultural Project (triticeaecap.org; T-CAP).  T3 contains germplasm line information, pedigree, genotype and phenotype data from breeding programs participating in the T-CAP, the Barley CAP (2006-2009) and archived data extracted from GRIN describing the core germplasm collections maintained by the USDA National Small Grains Collection (NSGC).   T3 specializes in delivering user-defined datasets for downstream analysis and ‘in house’ applications.   The T3 databases contain data from 240 phenotype and 39 genotype trials for wheat and 443 phenotype and 108 genotype trials for barley.   An inventory of current data including genotyping by sequencing data, data from the wheat and barley Illumina Infinium 9K and 90K chips, phenotyping trials including canopy spectral reflectance and plot-level data as well as strategies for data acquisition and future plans for T3 will be discussed.  T3 is funded by the National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) of the USDA.
